1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CRM Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on CRM Pro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CRM Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CRM Pro, even if CRM Pro or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
